Contact-Form Submissions

When you submit the contact form, it's processed by Netlify Forms, the hosting provider's built-in form-handling feature. The submission is stored there and an email notification is sent to the business so someone can respond. It is not added to any marketing list.

The website applies basic, automated spam protection to every submission: a hidden field that legitimate visitors never fill in (a "honeypot"), plus Netlify's own built-in spam filtering. Neither of these is used to identify you personally or to track your activity across the site.

Service Providers

This website currently uses a small number of outside services to operate. Each is listed here because it's actually integrated into the site today, not because it might be used in the future.

  • Netlify: the hosting provider this website is built to run on. Netlify may process standard web-server request information (like IP address) as a normal part of serving any website, whether or not the site is actively deployed there.
  • Netlify Forms: a feature of the same hosting provider, used to receive, store, and forward contact-form submissions by email. It processes the information you submit (name, email, topic, message, and any optional fields) to store the submission and deliver an email notification to the business.

Not Currently Used

For clarity about what this website does not do yet:

  • No payment processor (such as Stripe) is installed.
  • No analytics platform (such as Google Analytics) is installed.
  • No advertising pixel (such as a Meta or Google Ads pixel) is installed.
  • No email-marketing platform is installed.
  • No customer-account or database system is installed.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not currently set cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes. It does not use a cookie-consent banner because it does not use tracking cookies that would require one.

If that changes (for example, if analytics are added in a future update), this policy will be updated first, and a consent mechanism will be added if required.

Data Security

Reasonable, standard precautions are taken to protect information submitted through this website, such as sending contact-form messages over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and this policy does not promise absolute security.

Data Retention

Contact-form submissions are stored in Netlify Forms (the hosting provider's submission dashboard), and an email notification is sent to the business. Children's Privacy
