Courses

An organized process, not another list of tips

SHIFT Parenting courses turn the systems-based approach into a structured, self-paced process you can work through at home.

Tips vs. a process

Why one more tip isn't the fix

It's easy to collect parenting tips: a script for bedtime here, a chart for mornings there. The problem isn't that the tips are bad. It's that they're isolated: each one addresses a single moment, without touching the routine, the environment, or the response pattern actually sustaining the conflict.

SHIFT Parenting courses are built differently. Instead of another list of tips, each course walks through an organized process: find the actual pattern, then build the specific routines, responses, and systems that change it, one piece at a time.

What makes these courses different

Built to be used, not just read

  • Organized around a real process: find the pattern, then build the system around it
  • Designed for parents to work through directly, at their own pace
  • Focused on practical tools: routines, scripts, and systems you actually build
  • Built from the same framework used in direct coaching, not a separate curriculum

Who courses are for

Self-guided, or alongside coaching

Courses are designed for parents who want a structured, self-guided process built on the same systems-based framework used in direct coaching.

If you'd rather work through this directly with Gabriel instead of on your own, parent coaching may be the better fit, and many families use both together.

More courses are in development. SHIFT Into School is currently the only course in the SHIFT Parenting library.
